Q: I hope you are fine Insha Allah. My question is about my husband. I have three kids and Alhamdulilah 7 years of marriage. I am a muslim Alhamdulilah, my husband also belongs to muslim family. After marriage I have come to know that he doesn't like Islam. Whnever I talk related to islam he gets annoyed and says to me you can take divorce. My question is in this situation I have to leave my husband? I am also a mother of 3 small kids. I waited 7 years that Insha Allah Allah give him hadayat. According to Islam is thiss ok to live with that person who didn't respect Islam. I hope you will understand my question and waiting for your reply.

Q: My husband touched the Quran in anger an said I got no wasta. He said he didn't mean it as divorce. Can you please tell me does that mean we are divorced? I've already paid kafara of feeding 20 poor people because he touched the Quran. An we been living like man an wife since. Please help me as I'm not comfortable. I pray five times and I don't want to live in sin for the rest of my life.

Taking an oath in one's mind

Q: I have a question regarding oath. I have taken an oath. I cannot recall whether I uttered (said it verbally) the whole statement of the oath or the last few words of the oath and thought the rest in my mind. I cannot even recall whether I only moved my lips with no sound or I have made sound. In order to take an oath is it mandatory for the person to hear himself? Please advise if my is oath valid. Do I have to pay expedition for breaking this oath. I am really worried. Please advise.
