Q: I got married to a Muslim man. He was a sikh now he is Muslim. I went with him to India to his family to see them. Now my mother wants to know if I go to see them again (his family is sikh but my husband is Muslim), is there any ghunaah?

This is to ensure the future of the company and also to guarantee a purchase price and a buyer for the shares. Funding of the purchase is by means of life assurance by the shareholders on each other’s lives. Both shareholders are Muslim and their wills are Shariah compliant. Is the buy and sell agreement between the two shareholders acceptable within the Shariah principles?
Q: I seek advise on a matter that currently affects my living conditions. I currently reside in a 3 bedroom dwelling, a mum and brother. My brother intends making nikah to a women who has two teenage boys. I am currently unmarried and fear that the living conditions with the non mahrum boys being in the same dwelling as myself, poses a degree of uneasiness to myself. I am currently fully in hijaab. and start namaz and touch the quraan like normal? Sometimes, the cycle stops after seven days and after making ghusal, it later appeares on the 9th day or 10th and continues. Please advise in such a case.
