Q: I would like to find out whether, after a divorce, the father is responsible for maintaining children that are living with their mother until they become baaligh. If so, is the father fully responsible or does it have to be shared equally with the mother.

Q: Is the nikah valid of baligh girl who married a boy with mehr and proper witnesses but her mother is displeased. Can such a nikah be null and void?
Q: Is it permissible to have the Walima 1 or 2 weeks after the Nikah, or does it have to be done within 3days after the Nikah?
Q: What is the requirement for Walima? Is it necessary that the bridegroom has sex with his bride and then has the walima the next day. If the bride has her periods on the wedding night and the bridegroom cannot have sex with her can the walima be performed the next day? Will the walima be valid or not? Q: There is a couple who are separated for nearly two years, and recently they divorced - now the wife asked for divorce. I want to know if the husband has to pay her anything, like mehr money, as the wife demanded mehr money and some others. Is it right? does the husband have to pay even if the wife divorces the husband?
