Talaaq question

Q: I would like to discuss a very sensitive Talaq Issue regarding my parents. This happened 3 years ago. I have had ask couple of sunni ulemas online they have said talaq has taken place twice but I would like to get your fatwa regarding this please. My parents were discussing about moving house. My mother disagreed and said 'I will become a single mother and live alone'. In response to that my father replied 'phair may tinnu talaq day do ga' and (one of the following 2 sentences) 'chal phir tu talaq layla' or he said 'talaq lay la phir tu'. Upon hearing the word 'Talaq' twice my sister walked in to the room and said 'Dad agar aap nay ek baar phir kaha to waqaie ho jai gi' in respose to that, Father replied 'Ho jai phir'. Following day when I advised my father to consult a mufti because 'jo aap nay kaha hai wo theek nahi hai' upon hearing this Father replied (one of the two sentences) 'Ho Jai phir, Ho jai' or he said 'Ho jai phir jay hundi hai' It was evident from his behavior that he was not bothered or concerned. Please Mufti sahib kindly shed some light upon the issue. How many talaqs have taken place and on which sentences. My parents have been living together since then and I am very concerned. I am scared to discuss this issue with my parents again in order to ask them the exact wording but to the best of my knowledge after discussing with my sister and brother. We came to the conclusion of the above words.

Dua after Salaah

Q: If we perform a fardh salaah which have sunnah muakkadah after it (zuhr, magrib, isha), when should we read dua after salaah? After the fardh salaah or after the sunnah muakkadah salaah, or after both?
