Sadaqah-e-Jaariyah

Q: In the Hadith it is mentioned about sadaqah jariyah. If I give money for a water pump to be made is that sadaqah jariyah? Also if I tell someone about deen and they practise it, is that sadaqah jariyah? Can you please give me some examples a layman could do for sadaqah jariyah?

Doubts with regards to tahaarat

Q: I went to the toilet and washed the front parts with water and I washed the penis first then I put tissue to hold it and then I poured water on the testicles and I don't know if I wiped the penis first then I adjusted the paper to told the penis and then pour water on it and the tip of the bath room jug touched the place where the paper was before when I was pouring water and holding the penis with the paper the paper got wet so I don't know if that part of the penis was napaak. When the jug tip touched it what should I do? I shook my uncle's hand when I came out of the toilet and I forgot to wash my hands and they were damp so would his hands be napaak and I held the toilet mop and will that be napaak as well?

Wearing purdah and going for Jamaat

Q:

  1. Is covering face fardh on women or just wearing burkha which covers the whole body except hands, feet and face suffice?
  2. Is going for jamaat for dawah purpose from one place to another correct in islam? Is it part of sunnah? And what about reading fazaele aamal book? I heard few scholars saying just to follow sahih hadith and not these books. Please clarify.

Asking for one's due

Q: I am boy who is 18 years of age. My father passed away 16 years ago. I have been living with my maternal grandparents ever since. Do
I have a right to my fathers estate knowing that my paternal grandfather has full power over and he has cut off all ties with me ever since? What do I do? Do I confront him and ask him for what is mine or I turn a blind eye towards it?
