Q: Can a person gargle and make istinshaaq before sehri ends and thereafter make ghusal? 

Q: Please can mufti advise on the following:

1. In Sha Allah I’m getting married soon, and I would like to know what are the prerequisites for a walimah to take place ? Does the nikaah have to be physically consummated?

2. If nikaah takes place after asr and then the couple spends some time in seclusion and then thereafter a little while later the walimah takes place, is this incorrect ?

3. Will the nikaah and walimah be invalid if the marriage isn’t physically consummated? Please also can mufti clarify what consummation entails if physical consummation isn’t necessary, e.g. how long does the couple need to spend together in seclusion.

Q: I was leading the zuhr salaah and mistakenly performed five rakaats. At the end of the salaah, we performed sajdah sahw. Is the salaah valid?

Q:

1. If I use my hand, due to losing balance, when coming up from sajdah, will this break my salaah?

2. Whilst making my niyyah for salaah, at the beginning I scratched my face and then used my one hand twice in salaah. Is this amal-e-katheer?

Q: How does one repent from insulting the Sahaabah? 

Q: If a person makes kufr by calling an average human being the son of god, how should he repent?

Q: A person bought 250 grams of gold in Dec 2016 and was unable to pay zakaat during the last 4 years. Now he wants to make up for the missed zakaat.

The question is, should he calculate the due zakaat of all 4 years on the current gold rates? Or should he calculate 2017 zakaat on 2017 gold rate, 2018 zakat on 2018 gold rate and so on?

Q: Is it permissible for a non-baaligh child to accept a gift (e.g. a chocolate) from another non-baaligh child in school or madrasah?

Q: I intend making non animate toys for children. Will it be permissible to add a bell into the toy stuffing. This will give the rattle sound for baby toys.
