Court divorce

Q: I am a female who is legally divorced in USA for more than one year. My ex husband went to a Shariah board 3 times during this divorce but refused to give me an Islamic divorce. During the marriage, he refused sex and any kind of relationship with me. He has not touched me for more than ten years. Am I still under his nikkah?

Adult daughter sleeping in the same room with parents

Q: Is it ok to put my daughter's bed in my own big master bedroom as there is no physical relation between me and my husband due to perpertual illness of him. My daughter is an adult but still childish and since I have heard stories in my own family of jinn coming on my young virgin niece and talking to her as she was left alone in a separate room, I am hesitant to make my daughter sleep alone in another room. She has no siblings. It is only the 3 of us.

Making dua after nifaas

Q: Relatives are telling me that when my 40 days of nifaas (postpartum) are over, my husband should make a prayer or dua as it is what the elders have done. I am asking if this is stated in any hadith and if it is required to do so.

Sadaqah

Q: We purchased goods from Pakistan but will sell it in Kenya. So for sadaqah, where do we give for these goods?

Selling samples

Q: I am an intern doctor. We get many samples of medicine from different pharmaceuticals companies. They gives us the sample and describe about the ingredients, benificial ratio for patient and we also can learn of newer generations of medicine which is available now in our country. The packet of samples contain only few medicines e.g.: 2/3 tablets, 1 injection, etc. Because its only a physician sample and over the packet it's written that "physician's  sample, not for sale".

Now my question is, 'Is it halal to sell this sample and use the money for myself'? Many interns sells this product at 40-50% less than the market price. If it is not halal then can I sell and give the money to an orphan child?
