Imaam replying to the second azaan of jumuah

Q: When a husband stands infront of his wife for salaah and after the salaah the husband is unable to make a dua because he doesn't know a dua for eg. Can the wife make the dua out loud?
Q: When we die, we know that we wait in burzakh. Do people who sin and reject Islam also wait here. Are we punished here?
