Q: I am interested in taking part in Muay thai as I wish to learn how to defend myself, I understand participants are asked to bow and to undertake exercises which are derived from religious rituals of Buddhism but I would not take part in either of these. Muay thai allow blows to the head however participants can wear gloves and pads which can offer protection from strikes and the face would not be hit. Is it halaal for me to take part in Muay thai?

Q: Once me and my wife was rude (in ghazab) to each other and I beat her and then she also beat me which made me too angry and then she said give me talaq and as I was too angry I said Talaq, talaq, talaq. I don't know whether that was two times or three time, but I didn't tell her that you are talaaq, I just repeated the talaq word. This happened when we both were too angry (fighting with each other), while in fact both of us didn't want this and we both love each other, So please instruct me in this regard?

Q: If a wife in a fit of anger and depression says to her husband that Allah is with the rich and not with the poor. Disrespects the religion. But deep inside is fearful of Allah. Regrets what she said. Makes taubah. Reads namaz and quran as usual. Reads the salatu taubah namaz. Does this saying in anger make her a kaafir and nullify her marriage. Husband and wife are married for 8 years with 3 children.

Q: I did not attend a very close family function as my husband asked me not to, for certain reasons with my uncle. Now everyone's upset because I wasn't allowed to go and are saying I should have attended, who should I listen to? My husband or my mother, I am very confused as they have argued on the phone about it. How do I please Everyone? Without hurting them, please advise on all my questions.

Q: If a person rents a house and during the time he occupied the premises,  he added fittings in the house that were not provided by the owner of the house (for example fitting burglar bars, lighting, etc,)

1. Can he demand the cost of the fittings from the owner at the time he leaves the place?

2. If the landlord refuses to give him the cost of the fittings he put into the house, can he remove the fittings when he leaves the house?

Q: My husband wants to move out of the house. He's been fighting with me for no valid reason and I said to him he will have to divorce me before he leaves because I cannot take him back after he's had a good time with other women. He's willing to give me the divorce. I did call family members here but he said to them he doesn't want me. What should I do?

4. Can the Torah, Bible, and Psalms that exist today be labeled as 'Books of kufr.'?

5. Can the Torah, Bible, and Psalms that exist today be labeled as 'Books of Filth and Evil'?

6. Is the following a statement of Kufr? "The present day Torah, Bible and Psalms are books of Kufr despite whatever original revelation from Allah Ta'ala they may contain."

Q: What is the ruling on a Muslim who categorically denies the abrogated Surahs, Al Kahl and Al Hafd? They reject them as never being revealed upon our beloved prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). They also deny that they meet the Quranic Arabic criteria and say they are poor in literary. Audhubillah min al shaitan nir rajeem!

Q: I have been suffering from psoriasis on my head for 8 years! Its a terrible experience for me passing a single moment. I cry and pray to Allah. I have visited many doctors, but no result. Now it's not possible for me to see the doctors anymore because I belong to the lower middle class family. My hair is falling and gradually I am becoming bald. Kindly share any effective dua. I need help.

Q: I'm currently expecting my 5th baby who will be due Insha Allah next year Feb or march. I'm very scared this time around. I don't really know why but my trust is firm with Allah. My question is that is it permissible if my husband and I sacrifice a sheep in the name of Allah when the time comes for delivery of baby in the hope that Allah will except and grant easy labour and fast swift delivery of baby and distribute the meat amongst the less fortunate? Is all of this permissible in Islam or not? An urgent reply will be highly appreciated.
