Qualities of the Imaam

Q: If the Imaam writes the taweezes outside the musjid, then a person can pray salaah with him? Is his salaah valid or not?

Q: Is salah valid if it is offered in:

1- Ahl-e-Hadith musjid?

2- Jamaat-e-Islami musjid?

Q: What is better, to offer Salaah behind a temporary Imam who don't have a beard and his pants are below his ankles and I am not sure about his level of Islamic knowledge or alone without jamaat?

Q: If the Imaam of a musjid writes taweezes and gives people taweezes , then is his salaah valid and is the salaah of those who perform salaah behind him valid?

Q: Is salaah valid if the Imam is wearing pants below his ankles and don't have a beard?

Q: I would like to know about the priority in a jamaat for a person to lead a prayer, if among 10 persons, 9 of them has one fist beard but the other one his beard is shorter but his tajweed, knowledge and age is more than the other 9 people. In that case who is eligible first to lead the prayer.

Q: I was watching a religious show on TV, there was this Mufti who said that we should not offer Salaah behind a Deobandi since they say bad things about Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). How should we reply to such people?

Q: What is the ruling regarding one who misses the jamaat and joins a masbooq while he is performing his missed rakaats? Will the salaah of such a person be valid? Similarly, can one perform his fardh salaah behind a person who is performing his sunnat or nafl salaah?
