Various masaail of Jamaat Salaah and Imaamat

Q: Is it sunnah or nafil for the imaam to turn his face after saying the salaam of the Asr Salaah. Please explan it.

Q: Regarding the hadith which says that a person who performs salaah for 40 days with the first takbeer will get 2 certificates, is the first takbeer when the imaam starts the salaah or when the imaam goes into ruku?

Q: Due to the Corona virus pandemic, the Indian government has instructed all gatherings to be limited to at most six people. As a result, all the masjids in our locality were shut down for the public. Only the trustees and the imam of the masjids offer namaz in congregation. However, one masjid was an exception so far in that it was allowing musallis from outside as well and so far I had been offering namaaz in congregation in that masjid. However, it was issued multiple notices by the police from time to time that if gatherings are not limited, they will shut down the masjid. Therefore, for fear of the masjid getting shut down by the police, the imam, along with the trustees of the masjid, had decided to temporarily bar the outsiders from attending the jamaat. However, today I could hear from the mike the khutbah but, by then, it was too late for me to attend the jumuah. It was never announced that the jumuah will take place. In that case, is the jumuah that has taken place in the masjid valid?

Regarding this, I also have another query. If the government bans public gatherings beyond six people and our neighborhood masjid does not comply with the order but allows people to come to the masjid for namaaz, what should we do if we hear reports of police beating up namazees with their sticks for for complying? In our locality, though there have been multiple notices, I've not heard of police beating up namazees and therefore, in my opinion, the chances of that happening is low, and so I am not much afraid that police might beat me up. However, if my mother is very afraid and she does not want me to take that risk and prohibits me to attend the masjid in that situation, should I listen to her or should I go for congregational namaz including jumuah?

1. The musjids are closed, can I perform Jamaat at home with one wife, son 12 years, 2 daughters 11, 9 years old?

2. Can I perform Friday prayers with family holding Khutba and all? Musjids are closed due to cronavirus.

Q: 

1. What are the conditions for moving the Imaam’s musalla many saffs back and away from the mihraab when the number of people is less? I see this practiced in some Masaajid and not others.

2. What is the status of doing so in a Jamaat Khana?  

Q: If one is praying sunna prayers and another muslim comes and stands besides this person wanting to follow him as a muqtadi thinking that he is praying fardh.How should the person in salaah warn him that he should not join him because he is praying sunna not fardh?

Q: What is the Islamic ruling on someone praying maghrib salaat at the back of the Imam that is praying esha salaah?

Q:

1. While leading the jamaat, if the imaam's wudhu breaks and he leaves the jamaat to perform wudhu, what should the muqtadi do?

2. Is it allowed for the imaam to tell the muqtadi while they are still in prayer that his wudhu broke, and should he also tell them what to do?

Q: I was a musaafir and I was leading the Asr prayer with a muqeem following me. I mistakenly made niyyat of 4 rakaahs, and after standing up for the third rakah, I remembered that I had to pray Qasr. But I continued and completed 4 rakahs. Is the prayer valid?

Q: When praying behind the imam in Zuhr and Asr prayer, should we recite Surah Fatiha and a Surah in the first 2 rakaats and only Surah Fatiha in the last rakaat.

In Fajr, Maghrib and Esha, I know we should keep quiet and listen but in the last 2 rakaats when the imam is silent, should we recite Surah Fatiha only?
