Qadha Salaah

Q: If anyone starts to offer 5 times namaz at any time of his life, so is it mandatory for him to offer all the due salats (Qaza-e-umri) first, which he has not been prayed since he was 12 years old?

Q: We were traveling in a hurry and I missed Zuhr, Asr and Maghrib then I made it home after Isha and before I prayed Isha, I prayed the fard prayers starting from Zuhr all the way to Isha. Is that permissible?

Q: If due to some urine drop problem where I my salat delayed just 10 or 15 minutes before salat time already, and while praying the last rakat my wudu got broken which is near the end time of salat, I broke the salat and done wudu and again prayed after the time has ended. Will I be sinful? I should make intention as qadha or as normal?

Q: Previously I asked about a man who passed away but for the majority of his life did not pray Salaah. As per your previous reply, fidya can be given on behalf of the deceased: What do the Ulama state about a person who is not an heir but is related to the deceased, can they give the fidya on his behalf? Furthermore, how does one calculate the fidya per Salaah?
