Feeling tired

Q: I would like to know if I started reading some wazifahs for few a months but now I'm starting to feel very tired all the time. Is the wazifahs the cause of me getting tired like this? The reason for asking is that I heard that some things are too powerful for us normal people to handle, so must I stop reading it?

Q: How can one tell that traveling this much distance reduces to half rakahs of prescribed salah whereas that distance doesn't make them tired and what is the case of traveling less than the prescribed distance and getting more tired, at this situation is there any reduction in rakah of salah. What is the factor which acts main in reduction of number of rakah of salah. Is there any rule if travel one day, stays less than 3-4days and returning back, in this situation can we pray reduced salah or fulfilled salah.

Feeling exhausted and lazy

Q: I usually feel too exhausted, very lazy and weakness in my bones and it's on every single bone with a headache and it only gets worst when I want to pray. I feel drifted from who I am, I don't recognise myself anymore and I find it very hard to do things for myself or anyone and my mum is always mad at me for that. I keep failing which was never me and I keep quitting on education and everything. Can you please help?
