Giving gifts to one's wife

Q: I have been getting myself closer in following the Sunnahs of our beloved Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and trying to become a better Muslim and my wife stood by me and supported me she even ties my turban for me. I am 26 years old and the question that I have is as follows, what gifts did Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) gift to his wives to increase or show love? I can get her anything but I would like to know what did our beloved Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) give so I can emulate this behaviour as well?

Delaying nikaah till one becomes financially stable

Q: Should one marry right after settling down financially? If his brother and parents are in financially not well, and wants to support them for the time being can he delay his marriage? and after marriage is the wife his primary responsibility or parents too have the equal right? If a man wants to buy a house should he register it on the name of his wife or mother? Who has more right over this issue?

Temporary nikaah

Q: I read in a fatwa according to Mufti Taqi Uthmani (D.B.) if there is a strong possibility of falling prey to Zinaa and fornication then it will be permissible to marry a woman on a temporary basis with the condition that no mention of time is made in the actual enacting of the Nikaah. Temporary Nikaah is not at all encouraged by the Shari’ah therefore it will only be resorted to in dire need. My question, if one really fears zina, can both partners intend to be just a time, but in the actual nikaah no time limit is mentioned. And in really dire situation can one do nikaah with a prostitute? I know that that is a disgusting question, but I want to know what's the ruling if one fears zina and gets depression etc, will the nikaah be valid with two witnesses?

Attending a shia marriage

Q: A cousin of mine in a highly deendar environment has married a shia and our family decided not to attend the marriage of our cousin. However, a few of our deendar relative and elders called us and scolded us for doing Qata' Rahmi. Q.1 What is the fatwa on attending a marriage/nikah being arranged by Shia? Is it permissible or impermissible? Q.2 Is it Qata' Rahmi on our part to boycott the marriage?

Zina before nikaah

Q: When I met my wife and asked her hand in marriage, she agreed but we committed zina before she introduced me to her parents and before we were joined together. She was pregnant when we were joined together. What is the status of our marriage and the first child? When is marriage said to have taken place in Islam or when are the two lawful to have sex?
