Making ghusal with a fractured arm

Q: I am a 26 years old male. My right hand has got fractured and with plaster of Paris... Due to it I cannot use it and can't remove my upper clothes (shirt, etc.). I can go to the washroom on my own but I can't take a bath due to the injury. However I can only perform wudu (with masah on injured hand) and can wash lower part of my body i.e. legs and face and head. What is the ruling if ghusal gets obligatory upon me.... Should I make tayammum instead of ghusal or washing lower part of body, face and head and wet hand on upper body will suffice?

Plaster par masah karna

Q: Agar haath ke haddi tootne ki wajah se plaster ya koi patti bandhi ho to is haalat me ghusle janaabat hosakta he ya nahi? Kyunke jis hisse par patti baandhi huwi he wo hissa ghusal ke dauraan sookha (dry) reh jaega jabke ghusal me laazim he ke baal baraabar bhi hissa sookhi na rahe.

Stickiness remaining after removing a plaster

Q: Due to a small tiny cut on my left knuckle middle finger I put a plaster on it, I removed the plaster afterwards and washed my hands but realised later after that there was still some residue of the plaster stickiness/glue left so if you rubbed it off it would form like a sticky rubber effect. Because I may have washed impure hands afterwards whilst the stickiness was there and not realising and then wiped them with a towel, I am concerned impurity may have been spread or would be pure as I initially did wash my hands but did not realise the stickiness was still there. I am a waswas sufferer and I am getting better everyday with the help of the almighty therefore I am always very concerned on purity as I always think I am spreading impurity everywhere.
