Q: One of my friends who is a girl married a boy 2 years ago. The boy's family misbehaved with her and her husband used to beat her sometimes for no reason and demanded materialistic things and even money. Then he fled to another country for almost a year and returned married to another girl without giving written or oral talaq to his first wife. He denied to accept her first wife.  Now the case is in court pending for final decision. 

1. Is it permissible for the man to marry another girl without the consent of his first wife?

2. Is it prohibited for the girl to marry again without the oral or written talaq given by her husband?

Q: I finished school and I've decided to do Aalim course. I've told my family that this is what I want to do with my life and many disagreed saying that how will I provide for myself and family. I am in a state of sadness because of the lack of my family's support and I don't know what to do.

1. Can a Muslim lady who is a widow and has a child from her first husband, enter into nikaah with a Muslim man without seeking permission from her father?

2. Can a Muslim married man, if he has the means, enter into nikaah with a Muslim woman without seeking permission from his existing wife?

Q: Zayd comes to Zaynab and conducts her marriage to Shuaib in front of two male witnesses. But Shuaib did not appoint Zayd as his representative. Is the marriage valid?

Q: Can I travel to Dubai with my brother to visit my parents if my husband does not allow me for it?

Q: With the "permission" of the wife, can I see porn? Is it allowed in Islam?

Q: Can I use my neighbour's open Wi-Fi without informing him?

1. What does it mean if a shaikh has been given permission in the four schools of tassawuf?

2. Can he do zikr of all four schools or should he stick to one?

Q: During my nikah, I was not opposed to the marriage, however the witness only asked me who I wished to take as my representative, not if I accepted the marriage or not. My brother performed the qubool on my behalf. Is this correct, or did I have to verbally say I accepted the marriage?
