Hurmat-e-Musaaharah

Q: I touched my mom with libido. Now I am deeply sorrowful for the sin. Please guide me.

Q: I'm a 22 year old female. I remember that when I was 15 to 17 years of age, I was travelling in a car with my family and was sitting between my mother and father. At that time I was thinking about someone else and got sexually aroused. Now, I am horrified and wanted to know if hurmat musaaharah had taken place.

Only the left side of the body near the hips was in contact, but I was wearing 3 to 4 layers of clothes which is the salwar, a long top probably with a lining and a burqah. My father was wearing a shirt and a pant. When I think about that incident now, I think that the body heat was felt inspite of the layers of clothes (which together became a thick barrier) in between. Will hurmat take place?

Q: My father died two years ago. I was suddenly touched by my mother and I felt lust. What is the ruling for this?

I am unmarried now. When I get married:

1. Are my children allowed to marry my own brother's/sister's or step sister's children?

2. Can I marry my mother's brother's daughter?

Q: If a father hugs and kisses his son with lust. ( Son was sleeping at that time)

1. Will this nullify the father's marriage with the son's mother? The son is young and did not reached the age of  puberty.

2. Will this establish hurmat e musaharah?

Q: If a person makes zina with his daughter, will the nikah be valid or will it break? Is there any way to protect the nikah? Please give some way to protect marriage and way of forgiveness.

Q: I am a married man. My brother's 6 year old daughter sleeps with me. While sleeping, I kissed her neck. When I realized, I moved away. Does this affect my nikaah?

Q: If someone touched his own sister's breasts with lust (she was sleeping at that time) while masturbating.

1. Will this break their parents marriage?

2. Are their children allowed to marry each other? 

3. She was unmarried at that time (when the incident happened), so will her marriage be valid in future?

Q: If a man kisses his cousin's daughter with lust.

1. Are their children allowed to marry each other? The girl married another man and the man (who touched or kissed her) married another woman.

2. Will this nullify their parents marriage?

Q: If someone is 9 or 10 years old and they touch their mother's private part with lust, will it cause hurmat-e-musaaharah?

Q: Please guide me. I am very distressed. A long time ago about 9 years in 2010 when I was about 23 years old and didn’t know about hurmmat e musaherah. One evening I was masturbating and accidently imagined my uncle's wife (chachi). After two three days they came to our home from village as in our society when I saw them coming from village as a guest I became forward and shook hands with my uncle's wife. As the incident of masturbation occurred a day before, there was a thought in my mind that I masturbated with this (chachi) although I am not sure whether there was a lust or erection or desire or casual hand shake. I didn’t know exactly what happened as it was a long time ago. Now I love my cousin my uncle's daughter very much and want to marry her but there I have a waswasa whether I can marry her or not? I love my cousin. Please guide me, can I make nikaah with her or not?
