Q: My husband told me divorce two times with the time difference is one year. He told me divoce one time and again after one year he told me one time divorce total two times. My nikah nama name is _________ but when he told me divorce he said my sencond name my nick name. So our relation is finished or not?

And she is using same abusive words. In answer to that in my mind I was saying "Mei tumhe". That was just in my mind. Then in this absent minded state, right after I uttered "Talaq deta hun". I held my tongue realizing what just happened with slip of tongue. I never even had intention of pronouncing this word. I can swear by anything that I did not even have intention of pronouncing it. But it happened with absent minded slip of tongue while thinking/imagining about it in future. Please let me know if one talaq counted.

Q: One of my cousins wants to ask you that when she was watching a comedy drama on tv with her husband, in the drama one men said to his wife, talaq talaq talaq talaq. Many times my cousin's husband used to repeat the words from the tv drama while they were watching. When he heard the word talaaq, he turned to his wife and launghed then he said to her talaq talaq talaq. He said that he had no intention of divorce, does divorce take place?

Someone told me that when a wife is not in taharat, talaq cannot tak eplace and she gave me a refrence of Hazrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu), that once he gave talaq to his wife in anger, and when he asked Hazrat Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), he said wait for her to become pure then you can give her a divorce if you want to... kindly guide me.

1. If a man does not remember that he divorced his wife or not, does talaq takes place?
2. If a man utter the word talaq e.g. usne bola talaq talaq talaq and the wife is on the phone and she heard it? Does talaq takes place in both situations even when the man does not want give her talaq?
Q: I have a question regarding divorce. If a man used 2 times the word of divorce to his wife and no was standing between them. She closed her ears and she is pregnant. Did the divorce take place or not?
Q: Want to ask if a man is really really angry and he is a drug addict. In bad anger he doesn't know what he is doing. Then he say 2 talak to woman and woman didn't hear it. Some family member heard it, then what? Man is fully on heroin for the last 20 years and he said it in anger. It was bad anger. After we mention it to him that he said that, he said that he doesn't know. Is it acceptable or not?
