Q: What is the ruling for the one who was habitual of having pleasure with oneself by crossing legs but later made sincere tauba and qasam that person will not do it again? After a long time while the person was sleeping, the person felt that crossing legs like that person used to do long time ago then immediately the person wakes up and controlled that action. Does the qasam break since it wasnt done in unconscious state?
Q: My daughter has a condition called chronic migraines - something she has had for almost 6 years now - Alhumdullilah she has trained herself and has increased her tolerance for pain. However there are some days where the pain is intense and she is unable to cope. Can she take out a mannat during the first 10 days of Muhurram? What are the rules and conditions for taking out a mannat? Can I, as her mom take out a mannat on her behalf?
Q: If I make promise to Allah then if I break it, how will I make kafara? Do I have to make kafara for this?

1. If a girl made a qasam that she will only marry an aalim and then she gets a proposal from a person who is not an aalim but she likes his deen and aqlaaqh, so can she break the qasam?
2. Also, if she breaks the qasam and marries him, then how many kafarrahs will she have to give as she cannot remember how many times the qasam was taken?
Q: What is the kaffaarah for breaking a promise made to Allah? Also, if I make a promise to someone and I don't fullfil it, do I have to pay kaffaarah?
Q: I was forced to swear on my mothers life not to do something. I did not know it was haraam and now I am uncomfortable. Will she be harmed if I break this oath?
Q: I made niyat that if my fathers report comes normal then I will do umrah after getting married. Now I have planned that after getting married I will go to Maldives and from Maldives I will take a flight for umrah, is it okay?

Q: I wanted to know about my vow which I made together with my friend. The vow was that we both will go together for umrah if we get admission. Somehow I found out that he was an evil and not a true friend. So I'm no more friends with him. Should I go for umrah with him for the cause of fulfilling our vow?
Q: I made an oath to fast for a month but stipulated in the oath that if I felt unwell, I could break it. So, about a week in I had some discomfort in my chest, and felt that I should stop, so I did. (I did not break a fast). Does this mean there's no expiation? Because I gave myself some leeway in the oath I made.
Also, is it permitted to pay a charity to fulfill the kafaarat yameen on your behalf? If you make the expiation you are forgiven for breaking the oath by Allah azza wa jal?
Q: I'm trying to remember if an oath I made in the past contained multiple parts or just one part. What I remember is that I said to Allah, "I promise or wallahi, I will not do this sin again" (I did commit the sin recently, and I made the kafara already).
However, I think I may have said in the same oath: Protect me Allah, and wallahi I will not do this sin again (1) not not do a different sin (2) and not do the other sin (3))
If all 3 sins may have been mentioned in the same oath, would I have to make 3 different kaffaras ? Or just making the one kaffarah for all 3 is enough?
I made the intetion at the time for the kaffarah to cover the one thing in my mind and whatever else I may have forgot... I dont remember if I made the oath including the 3 sins or not, but I do remmber making an oath about the one sin specifically. I made these oaths when I was making tawbah to Allah when I was in a very emotional state.
