Various masaail of talaaq

Q: I am married for 4 years. Since I got married there has been many problems between my husband and I. We come from different backgrounds so there is no compatibility between us. He does not feel happy in the marriage and he says that he cannot see himself having a family with me and being happy with me. For this reason he will not let me have children. We spoke to a counselor but it didn't make a difference. Please advise me as to what I should do because I am very unhappy in this marriage. Will I be sinful if I ask him for a divorce?

Q: I am currently going through a divorce with my ex husband. We Islamically divorced last year in March.

He still lives at home in a separate room. I don’t see him throughout the day as me and him are at work, however we sleep under the same roof in separate rooms. He won’t move out till our divorce is finalised and I give him money towards the divorce as I applied for Khula. I know he doesn’t have to give me my haq maher.

I want to know If I am committing a sin by being in the same house as him since he won’t leave. I’ve asked him lots of times but nothing is working to get him to understand and to make him realise that he shouldn’t be in the same house as me. I don’t know what to do as he ignores my solicitors letters and requests as I am wasting my money on solicitors. Can you please guide me. 

Q: As Muslims, we all know that it is impermissible for a Muslim girl to marry a non-Muslim. If a Muslim girl married a non-Muslim, we know that the nikaah will be null and void. If her marriage is registered, is there any need for divorce for her or not? Because the marriage is void from a begining. Kindly clarify this matter. 

Q:

1. Does a divorced woman have to go back and live with her parents i.e. is it compulsory?

2. If a woman is divorced, does she have to live under the rules of her parents?

3. If she lives separately is it haraam?

4. Would the same ruling apply if she is able to take care of herself financially? If no, then what is the ruling for a woman who can take care of herself financially?

5. Is it compulsory to get married a second time? 

Q: A man has two wives. His second wife is pressurizing him to divorce his first wife. However, he does not want to divorce her. Is there any way for him to give false or unreal talaaq or something like that just to satisfy the second wife. What should he do to come out of this situation? Please guide.

Q: I have been married for 15 years and for past few years I am facing severe financial crisis. In this condition can I say to my wife to marry someone who is well settled and with my permission she marry another person.

2. Does she now have to stay with her parents?

Q: My wife insulted my mother for jealousy over my second wife. My second wife used to live with my mother. Initially my wife who lives with my mother phoned my other wife through my mother's phone and insulted her, as a result she called back to my mother's phone and insulted my mother badly. She used disgusting words when she was insulting my beloved mother.

What should be my reaction to this, shall I divorce her or not? Please advice me on this matter.

Q: A married couple had some marital disagreements, after which they sought the advise of a local aalim. Talaaq was pronounced. According to the husband, he said it twice but according to the aalim and another witness, talaaq was pronounced thrice. The couple wishes to reconcile, the wife is still in her period of Iddah. Can they reconcile?

Q: I am a married woman. I'm 25 and my husband is not interested in having sexual relations. He said that this is not important and he doen't have such feelings that man has. He has an erection problem and he is not interested in having any sexual relations.

He is a nice man who loves me and cares about me. What do I do? Should I leave him?
