Referring clients to a gay competitor

Q: I do not stock a certain brand of permissible underwear products. When customers query regarding these products, I refer them to a non-Muslim competitor who stocks these brands. I have found out that this competitor is openly gay and has a husband. He also sells a number of lewd underwear products and gay lingerie. He does not have a physical store. His products are shipped to customers. Is it correct to refer people to purchase from such a person?

Reading through long terms and conditions

Q: What is the solution to long terms and conditions? I need to make a PayPal account but before I can register it says something like "I confirm I have read, consent and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy" but these I read contain 36,000 something words! It is a waste of time and I want to know if I am allowed to just tick "Yes", because I don't want to lie, but I need to use the service, please give me your advice. Is being ambiguous ok? Like, if I find a program that "reads" the terms and conditions, for example if I click "Read" and the program "reads it" so technically I could say ambiguously "I have read ... " and so on.

Using the word "Magic" in a business name

Q: Kindly advise if it is acceptable to use the word magic in the name of a business. Magic in Islam is haraam but the purpose for the the word magic in the business is not evil by intention. We sell gadgets and gifts so only to suggest that what we have for sale is not ordinary. We do not sell any magic products etc. Also advise if having the numbers 666 in a cell phone number is considered wrong?

Exposing the injustices of a company

Q: I worked for a debt collection agency in Qatar which dealt with defaulted Vodafone Qatar customers, my job was to collect money by calling them, my management was forcing me and everyone in the agency to abuse, threat and blackmail customers. I refused to do that hence the agency is terminating my contract and sending me back to my country, I have recorded some of these abuses made on my phone and if I send this to Vodafone UK, the company will lose their business, eventually close and lot of people will lose their jobs. Would it be right Islamically for me to do this as they are involved in illegal work or do I have to just forgive them and move on? Please shed some light this matter please.
