Various masaail of Business and Dealings

Q: I have a question regarding inheritance and family business profits.

I live in a different country as my parents and my father has a business. It is a family business and I've worked in it in the past. My father doesn't go to work a lot these days and my brother manages the business. I am away and so not involved in the business.

My question is about inheritance and access to money from the business. I don't ask for money and I have a job that pays my bills. My brother on the other hand takes money from the business and makes bold decisions when it comes to buying things with family money.

Am I eligible to get a share of the profits from the business as per shariah? I understand that if the business is sold then I do have a share but while the business is running and my father is alive, is it immoral for me to take a share from profits even when I am not involved?

Q: I am an intern student in an organization, where we work on project basis, at last out of city project we were allocated a budget of Rs.6100 per day for our personnel expenses like meals, travelling and hotels. These expenses do not affect our work efficiency. These expenses were purly for our personnel expenses. Conditions was that if the budget exceeds 6100, the extra was to be paid from our own pockets. But in this project my senior made saving by selecting a very low standarad hotel. At the end of project he handed over half the savings to me.

I could not resist because if I resist they will hold back my actual expenses that were paid from my own pocket and also the whole organisation will go against me. Because to hold these saving is considered normal in my organisation.

Now the question is, is the money Halal or Haram for me? 

Q: I have 3 little sisters and they study at a private school. My father don't want to pay their school fees and I work with him (my father). I don't know why he is doing this. My question is that, can I take money from the shop without telling him and pay their fees?

Q: I am working at an engineering company. My boss used to like me before because I was always at work early. We start work at 7:30am but I used to be at work before seven and I used to get extra money, but now I am going to work at the normal time 7:30 because I read Suratul Yaseen and azkar... My boss is not happy with me like how he was before. What should I do? Should I go early and miss my Suratul Yaseen or should read Suratul YAseen before I go to work?

Q: I am working in a company in night shifts and I am planning to switch to another company due to salary concerns. To get a higher salary I have edited the payslip of my company's current salary because most of our collegues and I feel that the companies are exploiting us by paying us a less salary and they are getting higher profits. I feel like it is cheating because I am editing my current salary from 17000 and faking it to 21000. I have already been selected and if I join that company, is my income Halal or Haram?

Q: I want to make an online store, what if I take product pictures from other online store which have their own watermark on products so I remove their watermarks from their products pictures and then use those pictures on my online store, is it permissible?

Q: Is it permissible for businesses to have holiday sales that are not related to Black Friday or Christmas?

Q: My father in law is a teacher in a government school. And he is interested in gardening. He planted many kinds of trees in school. Are the fruits of the trees in school halal for him?

Q: Regarding Black Friday, I understand that it is to do with the kuffaar, however is it permissible for one to take advantage of the sales? 

Q: I want to know that if I work hard with the intention that I will become successful, is it shirk or not?
