Q: I am from India. I am a married woman. Is there permission in our religion to join a job with someone's recommendation (I mean government jobs).

Q: I want to know if my husband gives me permission to work outside is it ok? I wear complete hijab except for face. Also I have to speak to my manager sometimes regarding work who is a male. My office has many female co workers and I am very professional with everyone. I don't joke or smile at men. Is it fine for me to work is such conditions. Also I want to ask the money I earn, my husband wants to manage it. He fullfils all my needs but also gives my money to people in need. If I am not willing is he allowed to do so?

Q: I want to marry a person. I love him. He before said he will not allow me to work after marriage so I refused marriage. He loves me so he said now he will allow me to work for my mama and for my own happiness. What if after marriage he will not allow me, so will he be sinful? Should I have to leave the job?

Q: I am a married woman having a 16 month baby. My father wants me to do job in an English medium Muslim school. But I don't want to do the job as the duty is tough and the pay is less and I will not be able to attend to my child. What should I do? Is it right for me to do a job in an Islamic way? Q: Muslim women are permitted to go to work by their husbands when there appears not to be a dire need. In fact, this has become such a norm that it is not even recognized as a sin. Would you be kind enough to provide proofs and an explanation as to why in Shari'ah it is not permissible in Shari'ah for a woman to leave the home to work so that I may explain to mahram females in my house about the gravity of this sin. Please also explain under what extreme circumstances may a woman leave the home to work and what conditions must she adhere to?
