Q: I want to know if my husband gives me permission to work outside is it ok? I wear complete hijab except for face. Also I have to speak to my manager sometimes regarding work who is a male. My office has many female co workers and I am very professional with everyone. I don't joke or smile at men. Is it fine for me to work is such conditions. Also I want to ask the money I earn, my husband wants to manage it. He fullfils all my needs but also gives my money to people in need. If I am not willing is he allowed to do so?

Q: Muslim women are permitted to go to work by their husbands when there appears not to be a dire need. In fact, this has become such a norm that it is not even recognized as a sin. Would you be kind enough to provide proofs and an explanation as to why in Shari'ah it is not permissible in Shari'ah for a woman to leave the home to work so that I may explain to mahram females in my house about the gravity of this sin. Please also explain under what extreme circumstances may a woman leave the home to work and what conditions must she adhere to?
