Q: I did a job in a company that gave me a project for a week with a guideline that if I complete this project within 7 days, they will pay my salary otherwise I'll have to pay some charges if I am not able to complete my task. Is this okay?
Q: Is it halaal or haraam to accept a fixed salary and get performance related pay e.g. commission, bonus on good performance or to provide for a good services? Is it permissible for an employee and employer also?
Q: If a person is under employment (working for someone) and fuel allowance is also included in the contract (given in cash), however, if a month/week comes wherein the employee has enough fuel in the vehicle and therefore, for that particular month/week, he feels that he doesn’t need the fuel, should he still accept the cash or not, because it is in the contract?
Q: My office times are 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. Mostly I reach the office late at 8:15 or 8:20 etc. Is it OK from a sharia point of view to reach the office late due to some reason?

Furthermore, the internet service is free and does not incur extra charges.
Q: I teach at a Maktab and before we start the actual lesson, the learners are given 5 to 10 min to go over the sabaq for the day. In this time I would either read 40 durood or do some tilawat of my own. Also, while waiting for all the learners to come, I sometimes perform two rakaats of salaah. Is this khiyaanah (deception) of madrasah time?
Q: If an ustaaz comes every day with a few minutes of delay to Madrasah but he usually makes up for his hours by staying after the exit time. Is it allowed or not? Can we blame him for his delays?

1. I work as a Technical Support on a transport concern. The work will be when the need arises and I fix them. There is some leisure time also. Can I read Quraan in that time?
2. I used to see some personal mails, social networking apps during this time, is it allowed to do that?
Q: Is it necessary for an Aapa or Moulana receiving a salary, to pay back proportionately to the Maktab or Madrasah the amount of late minutes or days absent?
