Q: I have a plot of land. I want to give it to my five daughters. Is it enough to tell my daughters that this belongs to them? Or do I have to get it registered as according to the country's legal rule?

Q: I received a wooden wall hanging/frame as a gift from a non muslim. Since it had pictures of horses (animals), i never hanged it any where in my home, rather i just put it in a closed cupboard. can you kindly explain to me whether it is acceptable in Islamic sense for me to give this wooden frame as a gift to a non muslim friend, rather than myself just holding on to it.

2. A housewife buys something from her husbands money for her personal use or for her children. Who will have milkiat over that thing?
3. If a man gives something to his close relative or his own children to use, then who will have milkiat over that thing?
4. What is the difference between a gift to somebody and milkiat over anything?

Q: Is it permissible to eat of the money of someone which his girlfriend gave him?

Q: Is it true that the Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) gave his beloved grandsons gifts of money on Eid day? If so, will exchanging of gifts not be sunnat on Eid day?

Q: My aunt has just passed away. My uncle would like to sell his property and distribute the income between his 4 children.
He has 2 sons and 2 daughters: 1 of the sons has indicated that he does not want anything. The other son has not given any indication of what he wants. Both the sons have their own homes. Both daughters (both married with families) currently live with the father, and their families.
