Kufr

Q: If someone from your blood relations becomes a Qaadiyani then what should you do? I mean what should be your attitude towards them?

Q: If I uttered a kufr word or shirk word and said the shahadah but did not repeat the mistake again and never sought forgiveness from the sin and were to die upon that state what will happen to me on yawmul qiyamah?

Q: I’d like to ask if the following constitutes kufr?

In the morning, I asked my brother that did you pray Fajr? He said yes. Then later in the morning he told me ‘ I only said yes to make you happy so you wouldn’t pester me’ Then I said ‘ you can’t lie (even for a joke)’ whereupon he said ‘why not?’

Did he commit kufr by saying jokingly ‘you can lie’? Then later he said he did actually pray Fajr but he ‘joked’ to me that he didn’t pray it.

Q: My brother was playing a game and music was loud in the background. I told him to stop and he said ‘be quiet, it’s a live event (referring to a feature of a game)’. He is baaligh, is this kufr?

Q: If a person does an act of kufr, but he doesn't know if it’s actually kufr and says the kalimah out of precaution, will his taubah be accepted and will he re-enter Islam?

Q: If I uttered a kufr or shirk word, is it enough to say shahadah again or do I have to do tawba?

Q: Is saying godzilla and godfather haraam? 

Q: I uttered words of kufr and shirk. If I say the shahadah and ask Allah to forgive me, is that enough?

Also, if an apostate returns to Islam, is he equal to the Muslim who never committed kufr?

Q: My husband is a taxi driver so he has a phone which the company gave him. When he turns on the phone, a job will come and then he goes to pick up the passengers.

Today he was praying magrib salaah and I was in the bathroom. I heard his work phone ringing. I came out of the bathroom straight away and tried to find the phone. Finally I found the phone and the job was rejected because nobody picked up the phone in time. After salaam my husband saw his job fone and then he told me that the job was cancelled. Then he said (idhar namaze per lo job kaya kerni ha saray kaam baraaber chahiya matlab wo mujhe suna rahe the because ma un ko aksar kehti hu namaaz parne ko un ho ne mujhe kaha ke phir mujhe kaha khair tumhara iss sa koi lana daina nahi ya tumhara iss sa koi talluq nahi he ju wo keh rahe the)

Q:

1. Unfortunately I fell into the habit of porn. I used to watch the videos in which the people said things that are very bad like “Jesus ***** Christ .” I did not like when they said that. I just watched for the porn. I made taubah and re-did shahaadah. Should I re-do my Hajj and Nikah?

2. I used to watch TV with superhero movies in which some of the heroes claimed to be "gods". I watched shows where they said things like “oh my God, in vain - is this haraam to say or hear? I made taubah and stopped watching TV. Should I redo my hajj and nikaah as I performed both of these prior.
