Q: Is it allowed for us the common people to teach others what we might have learnt from just reading Quran and it's translation or are we supposed to learn just what Ulama' teach us about Qur'an?
Q: My question is about names of Allah. While I was studying about names of Allah I found that many charts available in Internet contain unauthentic names of Allah so I tried to find out the authenticity of some of the names, but I couldn't find any reference for some of them. I heard that I can't deny any names of Allah and also I can't affirm new one. So in this situation how could I believe those names ? I can't deny them because I didn't give a reference as proof same as I can't affirm them because also I don't have any proof to say those names are authentic.
Q: I wanted to know how one can become a mufti in islam? Can a mufti issue fatwa of his own? Is he only allowed to issue fatwa by refferring to Hadith and Qur'an?

He says citing evidence that shariah has no death punishment for insulting the Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and for apostasy except when there is serious danger from the person. Q: I am a home schooling mother who really wants to learn as much as she can about Islam but due to my commitments I am not able to leave home to attend any lessons. I have recently come to know of a website called Islamic Online University which is run by Dr Bilal Philips which offers a range of Islamic courses. I would like to know if it will be permissible for me to study this way and through this institute as I am very worried about their aqeeda and if I will be learning the correct Islamic beliefs that I should have.
