Ruqyah

Reciting Surah Baqarah as a ruqyah

Q: I was informed of a ruqyah about a person who if he is facing some evil eye or is not able to proceed in life that he should recite Surah Al Baqarah over some water and dry blow into it for 3 days, and take that water and splash it on his stuff.

Is this a form of shirk? If it is not, what are the steps to take to perform such a ritual?

Authenticity on reading a verse of the Quraan and the Angels wake a person up

Q: What is the reality of this wazeefah? Especially the fact that angels wake a person up?

"I was told a Quranic aayat to recite when you want to wake up for something and by Allah it works!! Every time I've read it I've ALWAYS woken up, whether it be for fajr, work, interview, literally anything you need to wake up for. I recall being told the virtue is that the angels wake you up. I'm not sure how accurate it is according to my memory, but I've never questioned it as I was told by an aalim. But if anyone wants to correct me, please do. This is the aayah: لا يجليها لوقتها إلا هو"

Playing a recording of the Quraan Shareef in the house

Q: For a very long time we used to hear noises in the house at night. We would hear people walking up and down the stairs, down the corridor, chairs moving and the bathroom taps open at night. Even some that would visit could hear the sounds. We would get sick very often but every time we went to doctors and did various tests it would all be clear. Nobody could tell us what was wrong with us.

From the beginning of the year we started playing Quran Sharief in the house in the background 24/7. Ever since, we haven't had any issues Alhamdulillah. We stopped hearing the sounds and our health has been better. Alhamdulillah Is this disrespect to the Quran Sharief?

Wazifah for repelling bad thoughts before sleeping

Q: My grandmother who is a widow has asked me to ask this particular question to you:

She has asked for any wazaif or any specific azkaar to be recited as she is saying that before bedtime in the night she gets some bad thoughts. She said "aise taise galat galat khayaal aate rehte hai"...I don't exactly know what she means by it but she regularly recites prayers and azkaar and Quran before bedtime. Kindly help with some azkaar/wazaaif.
