Jihaad and Slaves

Q: These are the few questions I have in mind:

1. Why does Islam have the concept of Jihad? Is it necessary?

2. Are Islamic Laws compatible in today’s world? Why?

3. Does Islam disrespect women?

Q: Can you please provide some information on mulk Al yameen?

Q: Is slavery allowed in Islam?

Q: In the laws of slavery, a man could enjoy relations with his slave. What would happen in the case of both a mother and daughter being his slave?

Q: Is jihaad in Shaam fardul ayn at the moment or not? If it is not, please state why. I am a darul uloom student, so I would appreciate a detailed response.

Q: It is permissible for mature Muslims from anywhere in the world to join the طالبان even if parents don't agree? What about Syrian or Palestinian or Kashmiri causes.

Q: Is Jihaad (qitaal) fardh nowadays?

Q: Is there anything wrong in going for jihad without telling your parents, etc?

Q: Will you please give me a synopsis of ISIS or ISIL. Will you please also give some advise on how to view them and whether they are on the truth or on falsehood?

Q: Firstly I would like to know why is there so much rivalry going on in Pakistan. I would also like to know what exactly is the talibaan and the al-qaeda? Are they good or bad people? What is your view?
