Jihaad and Slaves

Q: If someone is ordered to spy on the Muslims to help the disbelievers and he is threatened that if the doesn’t do it he or his family will be killed, will he be out of Islam if he complies?

Q: In the laws of slavery, a man could enjoy relations with his slave. What would happen in the case of both a mother and daughter being his slave?

Q: Is jihaad in Shaam fardul ayn at the moment or not? If it is not, please state why. I am a darul uloom student, so I would appreciate a detailed response.

Q: It is permissible for mature Muslims from anywhere in the world to join the طالبان even if parents don't agree? What about Syrian or Palestinian or Kashmiri causes.
