Are a woman's nephews her mahram

Q: Recently I underwent many tough circumstances. At one point I lost the will to face the world, but Allah Ta'ala made my friends mother a way to my easiness. She gave me correct guidance and is giving me knowledge of Islam. I just wanted to know if she is a mahram or a na mahram to me?

Q: A woman has a daughter 0f 14 years age from her first husband and divorced. She is married again to another person. Will the daughter be Mahram to this person or she has to make pardah?
