Q: Dear Mufti Saheb, In Tuhaftul Almai, pg.219 vol.2, is mnentioned that when making sajdah sahw according to Imam Abu Haneefah, the correct method is to recite all the duas first, then make salaam to the right, then 2 sajdas and then recite tashahhud only, then salaam. Is this the correct procedure. If not, then what is the correct one? Would be grateful if you mention some hawalas.
Q: I was praying the 2 rakaats of sunnah for the Esha salaah. After tashahud in the 2nd rakaat, I stood up and recited Bismillah and Surah Fatiha, whilst reciting I realised my mistake. What should you do in such a situation? It has happened to me before.
Q: I was praying the four fardh of Zuhr Salaah and after two rakaats I read tashahud, durood and dua and made both salaams but whilst making the second salaam I realised my mistake so I stood back up and completed the Salaah but I made sajda sahw. Was this correct? Do I need to repeat my salaah?

Q: My question is if someone unintentionally read a surah in the third or fourth rakaat of a farz salaah, does he have to do sajda sahw? Similarly, if someone forgot to read a surah in the third or fourth rakaat of sunnat salaah, does he have to do sajda sahw?

If a person unintentionally leaves out a wajib, and they have done salaam, can they still do sajda-e-sahw? I have heard that the prayer will have to be redone for leaving out a sajda-e-sahw as long as its still the prayer time, but after the prayer time has passed, it is not mandatory to redo the prayer, but recommended to. Q: My question is, in asar namaaz, if the Imam forgets to perform qada-e-ula and stands, after the interruption of Muqtadi he sits again in qada. During qada ukhraa he performs sajda e sahw. Is the namaz correct or not?

Q: If a masbooq makes such an error (that causes sajda sahw to be made) in the rakats he missed with the imam, should he make sajda-e-sahw or not?
