Q: Will aqeeqa be done if it is done the day after the child is born and will the reward still be attained?

Q: Insha Allah, my son will be born towards mid to 22 September 2014 which quite close to Eid dul Adha on the 5th of October 2014. My question is: Can we slaughter a cow on Eid dul Adha with the niyah for compulsory qurbani and aqiqah for him?

Q: I would like to ask a question about aqeeqa. Can a Muslim do his son's aqeeqah with one sheep? Is permissible in Islam? Is it mandatory in islam that for the aqeeqa of a boy, two sheep and a girl one sheep. If some one did his son's aqeeqa with one sheep then what must he do?

Q: Who should perform aqeeqah of a new born baby. Mother and father are divorced?

Q: I want to find out about the Aqeeqa for boys, how many sheep and for girls how many sheep? Is it permissable to call people to come home and eat the meat?

Q: My brother has recently did nikkah with a Hindu girl. She has accepted Islam and did Tauba also. I want to know if she has to do her aqeeqa and Qurbaani?

Q: Can I do qurbaani and akika in one animal (cow) as it is 7 shares on the second day of Eid?

Q: Can Mufti Saheb please explain the sunnat of serving the Aqeeah meat. It has become quite common to have Aqeeqah braais and meals. Is it a Sunnat to do this? If not, is it something we should avoid? What is the actual Sunnah regarding Aqeeqah?
