Ma'zoor

Ma'zoor

Q: I have a problem. I am punctual with my jamaat and takbeer ula and I am in the first saff 4/5 or 3/5(minimum). I have seen a hakim and he has confirmed the sickness and prescribed a remedy which includes a strict diet and a drink mix which due to living circumstances I have been unable to commence the diet. After passing stool I wash. After washing a few hours later dirt emerges so when I go back I find residue which has come out at a later stage. I also suffer from urine drops. If I am not suffering from the stool problem I go toilet an hour before azaan and at azaan time put a clean tissue make whudu and read in a full state of purity. To give an example yesterday I went to toilet at 11:45, zohar jamaat was at 1:15, so if i went to wash my back passage i would suffer from urine drops, then at 4 i went to the toilet and again passed stool so I had to read my zohar before time expired, hence i was a madhoor. At asr I washed my back put a tissue for the drops and read asr with jamaat at maghrib and esha, I did the same. Now for fajr I could clean myself and neither have urine drops or residue, now the question arises when i go to toilet again what should i do? That is for zohar. Because the stool problem does not occur in every period. But when it does I have to miss jamaat and am I a madhoor for drops or the stool? The stool doesn't occur in every period but the drops do. Another incident, I have relations with my wife, I wake up at 4:30 to make ghusl, jamaat at 5. If I wait till 5:30 the drops may stop. My main concern is regarding my jamaat and can I be madhoor for drops because in certain periods I can attain purity, so what takes preference the jamaat or being completely clean.

Ma'zoor

Q: Almost all the time I get a few urine drops after urination, sometimes I don't get any. I wear an underwear and before every Salah, i wash the place where I think urine drops might have touched, is it ok? Plus some days (not daily) I have gas issues as well. Am I a mazoor? I read quranic wazaif for long hours, if i getup to make fresh wuzu, I probably cant finish the wazaif (for 1 hour or more). I make a wuzu before salaah and continue my salaah and quranic wazaaif.

Q: I sometimes offer prayer for a time without any problem. But sometimes my wudhu breaks and on performing again, it breaks. Then I perform the four faraiz of wudhu and offer salah. Sometimes it's difficult to maintain wudhu even for five minutes and offer salah. What should I do?

Istibra

Q:

1. I have asked many question regarding mazoori but I still have one doubt. I am suffering from urine drops problem and I am a mazoor. I wanted to ask after washing my private part during istinjaa, can I dry my private part with tissue paper? Remember I am a mazoor and when I try to dry my private part with tissue there is water and urine both mixed?

2. Because I am a mazoor, I keep tissue paper for example after performing istinjaa. I keep tissue make wudhu pray Asr and then I recite Qur'an and when maghrib time comes I only renew my wudhu. Will my Maghrib Salaah be valid?

Urine drops soiling one's clothes

Q: I am a mazoor suffering from incontinence of urine. By the blessing of Allah Ta'ala I have controlled my urine very much, but I still find a drop between two fardh Salaah times, which is enough for me to remain a mazoor. My question is if I find one drop between for example Asr and magrib, what are the rulings for me? Should I wash my private part for every Salaah, make wudhu and pray or should I only make wudhu and pray. With regards to clothing, I place a tissue in my undergarment when I go to urinate, but my question is for example before Asr time I go to urinate and keep the tissue paper and I don't remove it till after Esha Salaah and between this time I only make wudhu and perform Salaah, is there any problem in this?

Urine drops problem

Q: I am suffering from urine incontinence, but my problem is very strange. Whenever after washing my private part, a drop of urine comes out after washing it, rest of the time urine drops comes but randomly.

1. My question is if I keep washing private part, a single drop of urine will keep coming right afterwards, am I considered a ma'zoor?

2. My second question is what if I got 10 minutes in between (washing private part and till the drop of urine comes out), do I have to read my Salaah at home or musjid?

Ma'zoor

Q: A person started bleeding after zuhr time set in but before he read zuhr and it continued right till the next day. Regarding zuhr and asr, he waited right till the end of the time and read both salaah while bleeding. He thus became a ma'zoor only at maghrib time. Does he have to repeat the zuhr and asr salaah?

Remaining a ma'zoor

Q: By the blessings of Allah I have controlled my urine problems very much. The thing is that I am not a sure whether I am still a ma'zoor or not because urine drops comes at 15 min, 20 min, 25min. There is no fixed time but whenever I wash my private part after that I compulsory get urine drop. If I don't wash my private and directly make wudhu then I may get 15 min to pray salaah, but salaah cannot be prayed with purity. Am I still considered a mazoor. Please help me. I am planning to go for jamaat for 40 days?
