Haiz, Istihaazah & Nifaas

Q: After having a baby, you are on your periods for 40 days. Does that mean that its not allowed to read namaz for that time period?

Q: When I have my monthly and when my washed/clean clothes are kept on my bed does my clean cloths become napaak as well and do I need to re wash again?

Q: I have an irregular cycle, or rather haven't made a proper recorder of my dates, until recently. Since July this year I've made a sincere effort to monitor my haidh. I've notice that I usually have my haidh for 3-4 days each month with paak days of 18-20 days. However sometimes I have absolutely no discharge after 3 days and I start to spot within the 10 day period for another day maybe 2 or 3. Is this haidh or istihaiza as it is not my habit? I am on a pill. I am very concerned as I am leaving for Haj and not sure how this would affect my Salaah and tawaaf e-Ziyaarat. Do I follow my new habit or that before the pill?

Q: A lady ended her haidth on the 8th day of her cycle. After 4 days she began to bleed again. The bleeding has now lapsed into the 15th day, is this considered haidth or istihadah and should she keep fasting and reading Salaah?

Q: My friends insist that there is qadha for missed Salaah during haidh just like there is qadha for saum. I tried explaining to them that there isn't but all they say is that I am not learned and the learned have told them. Its reached a stage where they are calculating their missed Salaahs and making qadha of it.

Q: I continuously get a discharge (from yellow to white) after haidh. What must I do if I feel the discharge during Salaah? Should a break the Salaah and renew my wuduh? How much liquid has to be discharged in order for the wuduh to be broken? What is the minimum time that one can be considered a ma'zurah?

Q: A Female had a coil removed from her vagina. The doctor said that there would be heavy bleeding, not straight away but after 1 or 2 days, now that the bleeding has started is it haidh or Istihadha? Does she have to keep Fast and pray salaah?

Q: My wife is nursing a 4 months old and she is breastfeeding. She recently put an Intrauterine contraceptive device that has side effects like vaginal spotting and irregular menstrual cycle. She is experiencing some spotting that she thinks it's not her normal period. What should she do concerning fasting, prayers and reading Qur’aan?

Q: Could you please explain in detail what is Haiz and Istihaadha. According to my knowledge Menstruation period is called  Haiz. According to Hanafi Fiqh how many days we need to consider for Haiz?
