My ex-wife stole from me

Q: My ex wife was the most dishonest person I have ever met. Before I got married my sister said she saw her with another man. The wife at that time said Wallahi my sister was lying. Anyway I married her, in around 6 months she maid off with about £10,000. My point is if she did lie about cheating yes she sinned, but my point is I trusted her only because she took the oath. So in the next life does that mean she will owe me 10,000, the dowry was 5,000. With the lies she told me, I only stayed with her because I thought she was telling the truth, so how would I be compensated in the next life? Or  was it just my fault because I ignored my families concerns who refused to come to the nikah?

Sunnah I'tikaaf

Q: I have a question about i'tikaf. If we start itikaf on the night of the 21st there is a risk that we only complete nine nights (if Ramadan turns out to be 29 days). Will the sunnah still be fulfilled in this case? Or should we start the itikaf at the night of the 20th in order to make sure that we do at least 10 nights?
