Q: My mother passed away and left a shariah will. I am one of the executors listed in her will. Since none if us have any experience on how to wind up an estate, please would you be able to provide a step by step guide as to what must be done in respect of an Islamic Will as well as the South African Law. We are hoping to do most of the work ourselves to keep legal costs low in sha Allah.

Q: I received a divorce letter four months ago in which my husband's signature is mentioned. Now my husband is saying that he did not sign those papers. He lives abroad so he asked his father to process the divorce and his father sent me that letter with his fake signature and sent that divorce letter to me. Now he is saying that our divorce did not take place. Can you please guide me if my divorce happened or not?

In Hijrah - Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu)
In Meraj, there came a stage, when Jibraeel (alaihis salaam) said, "Ya Rasoolallah - from here you are on your own. If I put a step forward I will burn."
Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu) *NEVER* left Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam). Had Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu) been with Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), he would have said... " Ya Rasoolallah - I am not staying back, I am with you - even if I burn".
As far as I learnt, angels can't go against the command of Allah. Does this show Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu) to be better than Jibraeel (alaihis salaam)? Did Jibraeel (alaihis salaam) leave and abandon Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)?

Q: I recently got my braces off and there is still some glue from it stuck on my teeth. This is normal because the glue is transparent and may be difficult for the dentist to see. However, my next dentist appointment is next week and this week I will have to do ghusl after my haidh ends.
I can’t get an earlier appointment. When I looked online for solutions to get the glue off, they recommended stuff like baking soda but these things can damage the enamel. Will my ghusl be valid with this glue on my teeth?
