Q: With regards to an impurity that cannot be seen, is it sufficient that the impure object (e.g. cloth, fabric) is washed and dryed once, or must it be washed and dried three times?

Q: I understand the name Samad cannot be used as a first name. I want to name my daughter Ayah Samad or Ayah as Samad is this possible or is it also haraam to use without Abdul being associated with Samad? 

Q: I have a question regarding hibah and wirasat.

We are 3 brothers and 1 sister, my father did all our marriages, but he spent a little more in our sister's marriage. Now my father is no more in this world, so one of my brother's is claiming that since the expenses for my sister's wedding was more, he is claiming for that much more share in the wirasat.

Kindly let me know the solution for this, does he have the right to claim more? If yes, then how much should he be given?

Q: If a lady went to a ladies hospital to give birth and after the ceasarean they needed to dress the stitches. According to the doctor, he sent and experienced male nurse for the dressing with a lady nurse. Is it acceptable or not?

Is the جنس the entire species of fish (which would entail riba) or is it in each respective sub-species, e.g. tune, salmon, yellowtail etc.?

Q: Is it permissible to sell the sperm of animals in a straw to people who will use it to artificially inseminate their animals?

Q: I took a project and decided that some percentage of the profit I will give to my brother who is sick. And some I will give in the way of Allah. After finishing my project I give some money to my brother but now my brother asked me for more money. He is jobless and due to illness he can't do any job. Can I also give the other share to him?

1. According to Bahishti Zewar, Tayammum is performed by first striking the palms of both the hands on a “clod of earth” and then passing the hands on the face. Thereafter, the palms of both hands are again struck on a clod of earth and passed over both the arms including the elbows. However, what about the feet? Are the feet not included at all?

2. In instances where a clean piece of ground is nowhere to be found, what then are the alternatives? In the situation, if one happens to have a bag of plaster sand in one’s garage, would Tayammum be valid if the plaster sand is used instead?

3. Once salaat is performed with Tayammum, is it necessary to repeat the salaat when water becomes available?

Q: I read this on the internet about the Sabeans: In brief, they did not reject the Prophets or regard it as obligatory to follow them. In their view, whoever followed (the Prophets) is blessed and saved, and whoever follows a path similar to that of the Prophets by virtue of his own reasoning is also blessed and saved, even if he did not follow the Prophets in specific terms. In their view, the call of the Prophets was true but there was no one specific route to salvation. Isn’t it all kufr? Also was a specific prophet sent to them?
