Inheritance

Q: My two brothers are A and B.  A had property that was given to him by my father and he gave away to B. Verbally and all the family knew it.  B never changed the papers on his name. But  benefited from that property. B passed away leaving a widow 2 sons 3 daughters. The property is still in A s name on paper. There is no will of B.  How should this be divided. A has 3 sons and a daughter and wife. They all want this property. And we both sisters of A and B are also surviving.  So please advise.

Where should a woman spend her iddat?

Q: If a woman's husband has pasted away, is her father-in-law her mahram? The wife stays with her in-laws mother/father in-law, brother in-law/wife. Can she make her iddat in her current home, or should she stay with her mother and do her iddat. (The distance between her home and her mothers is 300km) or should her mother stay with her at her in-laws?

Women’s salaah in jamaat

Q: I am a female Muslim hanafi from UK and work in a school. At the time of salaah the women gather and make salaah in jamaat with a women leading them. I do not join them since I have learnt that women should read salaah individually. They keep asking me why I do not join. Could Mufti Sahib please provide a well-proven detailed answer in English with the translations of the Ahaadith that are proofs for our viewpoint.
