Q: Please advise me with regard to the use of toothpaste, mint sweets or any food which is meant for the use of a fragrant smell whilst in Ihraam.
A: One should refrain from all fragrances in the state of ihraam.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
