Q: I went to a vet recently with a pet who needed treatment. Our pet fell from a 5 ft tall table during treatment and suffered internal bleeding and passed away the next day. The manager said that they will not charge us for hospital treatment as it was their fault. I understand this was an accident but I am hurt that the pet hospital did not do cpr and did not try harder. They did try though for free but they did not do cpr as they said we cant do this for free and I dont think they did the operation because we did not pay. The blood count of the pet was 10 percent and the pet had a seizure and stopped breathing but they refuse to do cpr for free. I am so upset we all are . 

1. Is it haraam to sue the vets for the accidental death of our pet even though this vet is a good person and helped our pet for many years? We had a good friendship with this vet until this accident. All my friends are angry and saying to sue him for letting the pet drop from the table. I feel guilty to sue and I dont want to because this man has been good in the past but I cant stop being upset as it was his fault for not telling me to hold the pet.

2. Did Allah take this pet from us or was it an accident that Allah did not plan? If Allah knew then did Allah punish me or did Allah free this pet from pain of disability and emotional pain from not being healthy?

Q: My parents want me to get married but I don't want to. I am 22 years old and in all these years I saw horrible fights and extra marital affairs surreal stuff like that and they always blame me for their unsuccessful marriage. I am not mentally stable. I get suicidal at times such that I can't control. If I get married, how can I take care of my children when I can't control myself?

Whenever the topic of marriage comes, it's killing me when I think about all those years of fights. I can't take any sort of torture. I am unable to convince my parents. I instead end up yelling at them which I don't want to. I do read Quran but as soon as something regarding marriage comes up, I get those attacks again. I don't know what to do. How can I get over this situation.

Q: Few months back my brother got married in absence through his representative in the presence of the bride and her father. This was solemnised by the local qazi. No one from family and friends were invited, we did this for visa processing.

I am sure the above nikah is valid, however, please provide reference in light of Qur'an and Hadith.

One of the parents think that the above nikah is not perfect and due to social pressure want to perform it again in front of relatives and friends without informing them about the earlier nikah. Is this allowed?

I'm concerned that we are betraying the guests by not informing them about the earlier nikah. Can we suppress the truth by not informing others and in a way fooling them?

Q: Is it correct that the only thing that’s common between the attributes of Allah is being Qadeem? Like when we say the words of Allah are perfect, but Allah himself is more perfect than any of his attributes?

Q: I have a question about online reviews. I had a bad experience with one of the local Muslim mechanics. The brother fixed 2 problems in my car and after a few days both problems came back. I went to him again and he did something and it came back again. He also charged me just like any other non-Muslim mechanic in town. I thought it is just a bad experience with me and I just lived with the problem because whenever I took the car to him he keeps the car for few days and it is very inconvenient for me without a car.

I took my other car to the same mechanic because he is Muslim and I try to promote Muslim businesses then he fixes a few things in my other car and the same thing happened to this car as well. He replaces the compressor of the AC and when I tried it in summer it worked for only a few days.

I wanted to write a review about him online so others are aware of this before going there but I wanted to ask the question before writing a bad online review. (Does Muslim or non-Muslim matters in this case)

Q: In qiyaam, if I lift up my toes or my foot from ground, does this invalidate my prayer?

Q: I am a Muslim and I am suffering from an incurable neurological movement disorder called Cervical Dystonia.

It is written in the Quran or Hadith but I don't know where exactly, that every disease has a cure in this world, but still my disorder is incurable.

Secondly Allah loves us more then 70 mother's and my mom would never want such a disorder on me, while Allah who loves his slaves more then 70 mother's has sent this disorder on me. So I am having doubts on such things.
