Does nikaah take place by telling a boy "qabool hai" over the phone?

Q: About 10 years back I was in a boyfriend girlfriend relationship with a non Muslim boy and wanted to marry him. (Astaghfirullah) One day while we were talking over the phone, I got emotionally carried away and said qubul hai to him thrice like I had seen in the movies and series. That was it. There was no one else, no other thing or condition, I just spoke! Now was this a nikah?

I have sincerely repented for my mistakes and feelings for a non-Muslim boy from Allah Ta'ala and still repent daily for every wrong doing of mine! I would request you to. I am now married and a mother of one.

Controlling one's anger

Q: I am getting angry and cannot control it. I do not stop to reason and calm down but I just blurt out whatever I want to say without thinking to my husband, and when he leaves the house I get back to my senses and think what is wrong with me. I have very bad scary dreams and I am very restless at night when sleeping. Secondly I want to know if rukya is permissible and can it be done by a female? My third question. I am in a 2nd marriage and I have kids from my first marriage. How do I divide my property, car, pension fund and money in the bank? I have one son and 2 daughters.

Washing the nails in wudhu

Q: I have a problem that disturbs my ibaadat, personal life and family life. This problem is concerning wudhu. In my fingernails, some of the upper nail layer are peeling because I have peeling my nail bed. Must water enter under these peels. I have harmed my nail a lot. Must water reach only the surface of the nail or under (and not the cracks) because my nail (nailbed) is cracked because I harmed it.
