Q: I stay in a rented apartment which is being shared between six people including me. A few days ago my friend (ex-roommate) had come to stay at our place for few days, and as a good gesture my other roommates allowed him to stay, but due to some unavoidable circumstances his stay got extended by a week and hence my other roommates asked me if he could pay us a small amount as he is staying longer and facilities such as Electricity and water is being used by him. So I told my friend that he will have pay a small amount, he said how come we are asking him to pay and all, so I told him we will discuss it later in the evening as I was getting late for the office, meanwhile he messaged my other roommate and enquired with him why we want him to pay the share. Now that conversation went little wrong and later he confronted my roommate and had a quarrel with him in abusive language, that he won't give the rent share and said we are cheap kind of people who are asking for rent and left our place after that, later on he posted about this incident in a whatsapp group where all my other friend s are present and they all stared to scold us for asking him for rent share and the conversation here as well went wrong and people stared to abuse each other and I'm being held responsible for everything. Now my question here is:

1. Are we wrong that we are taking rent?

2. Has the person did the right thing by posting about the incident on that whatsapp group and abused us?

3. What could be done in order to neutralize the issue.

Q: In Islam it's all about the intention. I read that if a person had an intention to commit a sin and he refrained from that for some other reason than Allah, he will be punished for that sin. So according to this, will a person be punished for being ready to commit shirk with the idea of asking forgiveness? Because I am suffering from waswas for long time. For some reason I thought asking doubt is shirk then I thought of doing that and ask forgiveness from Allah after that I got to know that asking doubt is not shirk but I was ready to ask doubt so will I be punished for this? Do I have to say the kalima and do sahada again?

Q: If someone can do qawma, ruku, and sajdah, but he can not do the qa'da; how should he make the salat? Is it permissible for him to make the Salat sitting on a chair or not?

Q: Me and my wife to be along with my parents and her parents sat together to confirm our marriage proposal. Both parents asked us both if we are happy with each to get married and we both replied saying yes we are. Is our nikkah done and can we speak to each other now.

Q: I have been married for the past fourteen years now and we have no children though all our reports are normal (both of us). My wife's brother has a daughter and he is younger in age, he used to feel bad about this and finally took some strength and spoke to me that they will give birth to a new born and will hand it over to us. His wife is pregnant now. It was agreed between us, him, his family and the family of his wife and they are also very happy to give us the baby, they do not want a new child for themselves as they said we are happy with one child. Is this allowed as per Islam? Now the thing is that his wife is due in this month for delivery and we have no option for the same. But then too please let me know in the light of Islam.

Q: I lost both my parents within 2 years, both in Ramadan. What is the best way to send sawaab to them and how, as their child, can I still be dutiful to them?

Q: I am from India.We are two sisters living with our parents. Today morning when I was going to take my cloth from Almirah, I saw two equal size marks of red Lipstic on my Almirah. Is it a sign of something going wrong in my home. I enquire with everyone on my home, no one was aware of this mark. Please help me.

1. I wanted to ask you that if salat al tasbeeh was proven in hadith or not?

2. Is salat al ishraq valid even if one sleeps in between fajr and salat al ishraq?

3. And how many rakats should be offered?

Q: I masturbated when I fasted and I didn't know that that will break the fast. I can't estimate because what if I broke five fasts and I actually broke 16 fast. My estimation is less likely to be exact. What should I do?

1. If someone gets scratched by a persons nail accidently and blood begins to flow or a person gets cut with a knife and blood begins to flow but no blood can apparently be seen by the naked eye on the person (who scratched you) nail nor can blood be apparently seen by the naked eye on the knife, does the person who scratched you have to wash his nail or does the knife become napaak and have to be washed even though you can apparently see no blood with your naked eye?

2. In a similar scenario, if you are not sure when or which object cut you and caused blood to flow and no blood can apparently be seen on anything or a glass shatters and a piece cuts you but you are not sure which tiny piece that is now scattered on the floor cut you and no blood can apparently be seen on any of the pieces, do you regard everything in the vicinity as napaak even though no blood can apparently be seen by you on anything?
