Q: I have problem due to acne on my face and on my back when I sit or if pressure is applied on it, it may burst and bleed, mostly blood comes out and there is no pus, but sometimes there is and both are unnoticeable mostly.

1. If this blood comes out, will my wudu be invalid? If yes, then what about prayers that I have offered in it without knowing about it bursting and about wudu?

2. What about the blood spots on my vest as there are a lot of it on it especially when 3 to 4 burst. Will my clothes be impure? Will Salah be valid?

3. Yahya related to me from Malik from Abd ar Rahman ibn al-Mujabbar that he saw Salim ibn Abdullah with blood running from his nose so that his fingers were all coloured red. Then he rubbed it and prayed without doing wudu.

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْمُجَبَّرِ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَنْفِهِ الدَّمُ حَتَّى تَخْتَضِبَ أَصَابِعُهُ ثُمَّ يَفْتِلُهُ ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي وَلاَ يَتَوَضَّأُ ‏.‏

What about this hadith should I follow it then? Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam that the ayat "You who believe! When you rise for prayer wash your faces, and your arms to the elbows, and wipe over your heads and your feet up to the ankles," refers to rising from bed, meaning sleep. Yahya said that Malik said, "The situation with us is that one does not have to do wudu for a nose-bleed, or for blood, or for pus issuing from the body. One only has to do wudu for impurities which issue from the genitals or the anus, or for sleep."

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، أَنَّ تَفْسِيرَ، هَذِهِ الآيَةِ ‏{‏يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ فَاغْسِلُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ إِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ‏}‏ أَنَّ ذَلِكَ إِذَا قُمْتُمْ مِنَ الْمَضَاجِعِ ‏.‏ يَعْنِي النَّوْمَ ‏.‏ قَالَ يَحْيَى قَالَ مَالِكٌ الأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا أَنَّهُ لاَ يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ رُعَافٍ وَلاَ مِنْ دَمٍ وَلاَ مِنْ قَيْحٍ يَسِيلُ مِنَ الْجَسَدِ وَلاَ يَتَوَضَّأُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدَثٍ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ دُبُرٍ أَوْ نَوْمٍ ‏.‏

Q: If I was ready to commit a sin even it is shirk, does that mean that I comitted shirk ? Will that sin be shirk if I do it again? If I am doing something with the doubt whether it's shirk or not does that mean I comit shirk ? If I dont stop doing a thing with doubt that it might be shirk .. does that mean am committing shirk ? What can do for over come this ?? Is that mean I comit shirk and is it shirk to do that thing again or have some other way to ask forgiveness and do as normal sin ? Will Allah forgive me if I continue this sin and think as normal sin or will it be considered as shirk if I do these sin ? These are not important than Allah so what should I do ?

Q: Hadhrat Musa (alaihis salaam) prayed to Aallah: Rabbish rah li sadri. Allah Ta'ala says to Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam): Alam nashrah laka sadrak. Here the main point is to open the chest. So please tell me what is the exact meaning of opening of chest?

Q: I would like to know if my doctor is a Jew, can I continue going to him?

1. Zaid bought a house on mortgage, he owes the bank a lot of money, about 70 thousand pounds, he has to pay at least 5 thousand pounds to the bank every year. Zaid has 5 thousand pounds savings in his account (kept the money for daily family usage) does he have to pay zakat on this amount (5 thousand pounds) at the end of the year because his debt is more than his savings?

2. Is there a difference of opinion amongst scholars regarding the above situation if zakat is fardh or not?

3. Will it be permissible for Zaid to take zakat money to pay of his mortgage to the bank? 

Q: Is it allowed to use a smartphone whilst reciting the Quran?

Q: It was maghrib time and azaan was calling and I don't know who was calling the azaan but I had some thought going through my head about this person, someone was talking about him the other day and was saying he is (addar magaj) thats in gujrati. I don't no exact meaning in English but something about brain. He does what he wants to do. Whatever is in his head, he does what ever he wishes to do. Alhumdulillah, he is a very pious person. So azaan was calling and I dont know if he was doing azaan because he does sometimes azaan now in my mind comes his name and that he is (addar magaj ) and azaan was calling, is it kufr? I didnt say it with mouth. I wont call him so I dont really like to listen to things about people but I am worried if it is kufr. Is my nikah valid? Im not sure who was giving azaan. If it was him and that comes in my mind, is my nikah valid? I repeated the kalimah as well. I didnt say it with my mouth but now Im not sure if I said it with my mouth. Im mostly sure I didnt say it with mouth. Is my nikah valid? Is it kufr?

Q: I am getting anxiety and palpitations. I am worrying if my nikah is valid. I was sleeping next to my husband and thoughts are coming if he is halaal for me. If I sleep with him, is my nikah broken, will I be sinning? If hurmate musaahara takes place with my father? I am getting worried and anxiety. Alhumdulillah we are happy together and I love him but these thoughts get me worried and depressed. I do amal but something is telling me that I am living a sinful life with my husband. Please help me.

Q: If one’s parents are not bed-ridden, but due to old age or sickness, they are unable to take care of themselves, whose responsibility will it be to look after them and assist them?

Q: Is it permissible for a husband to prevent his wife from visiting her terminally ill parents who live near her home and are in need of her khidmat as there is no one else to make their khidmat? If she goes to make khidmat of her ailing parents against her husband’s instruction, will she be sinful? What does Shari’ah command her to do in such a situation?
