Changing one's name after accepting Islam

Q: When my brother got married, after nikaah my bhabhi closed her eyes and didn't speak a single word till she reached to her grooms house, after that her aunty put her finger on Quran paak Sureh Yusuf ayat no. 2 and she opened her eyes and started reciting sureh Yusuf ayat no. 2 and 3 , after that she behaved normally. I want to ask what she did? I mean what is the full wazifa and what is it meant for? Please let me know, i'll b very grateful to you.
Q: I would like to start full time Hifz next year InshaAllah for the sake of Allah, but my parents refuse to let me because they want me to continue my schooling (even though boys and girls are mixed in one class) and go to university. Is there any dua that I can recite to soften their hearts so that they can agree to let me complete my hifz?
Q: I am in confusion. I am worried that this confusion does not lead me to the wrong path. I have got job in takaaful insurance company named as jubilee insurance company in Pakistan. I have watched a lot of videos about Takaaful insurance and have read a lot of literature regarding this case. Many Aalims said that it is halaal in Islam but I could not find any satisfactory answer.
1. Is working in a takaaful insurance company Haraam or Halaal?

Q: We have wall to wall carpets on each room's floor in our house. If it gets impure, how can one make it paak? It is not possible to pick it up and let water flow through it. I take a dry towel. Pour water over the impurity and rub it dry with the towel. I repeat it three times. Does it make the carpet pure?

Hadhrat Sa'd bin Abi Waqqaas (RA) reports that Rasulullaah (SAW) once came to visit him when he fell ill. Rasulullaah (SAW) placed his hand on Hadhrat Sa’d (RA)’s chest, because of which he felt a cool feeling spread through his chest. Rasulullaah (SAW) said, “His heart is palpitating. Take him to Haarith bin Kaldah, who is a very good physician. He needs to grind seven Ajwa dates with their pits and administer it.” [Abu Dawood 3875]
