Q: Part of a ruqya treatment is that after you bath, you should burn an incense stick and let the smoke pass from under you. That is you should stand over it. Is this permissable?

Q: Alhamdulillah Allah Ta'ala gives me toufeeq to pray 5 times a day. To please him is always my first concern. This is mentioned in the Quraan that bad men are for bad women and good men are for good women. No doubt the Qur'an is true. There are many couples where the lady is pious but the husband is characterless and vice versa. Please explain to me in detail.

Q: My question is regarding verse 10:94 in the holy Quran which has been questioning my Imaan and creating major doubts in my mind. The verse is within surah Yunus and as follows. And that we should go read the bible and torah as they are the true messages of God?

Q: From the hadith below it is revealed that Muslims should protect what is theirs, their wealth, property, family etc. My question is what should one do when being hijacked or robbed and you have two young children with you? Should you fight off the thieves and risk that they might hurt the children or just give in and let them take your wealth?
Hadith: "Dying whilst defending ones wealth is martyrdom. The Prophet, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, said: “Whoever is killed whilst defending his wealth is a martyr”. Abu Hurayrah, may Allaah be pleased with him, reported: “A man came to the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, and asked: “O Messenger of Allaah! What shall I do if someone comes to me with the intention of taking away my property?’’ He, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, replied: “Do not hand it over to him.” The man asked: “What shall I do if he fights me?’’ The Messenger of Allaah , sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, said: “Then fight him.” The man asked: “What will be my position in the Hereafter if he has killed me?’’ The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, replied: “In that case you are a martyr.” The man again asked: “What if I killed him?’’ The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, replied, “He will be in the Hell-fire.” [Muslim]."
Q:
1. If my lips bleed and I lick my blood and then my lips are clean and there is no trace of blood on the tongue, are my lips and the tongue paak.
2. Due to sweat and scratching dirt remains in my nails and I made wudu and I read salaah and then after sometime I noticed dirt in my nails and I am not sure whether it was before wudu or after wudu. Is my salaah valid? Is this kind of dirt permeable.

1. Many a times Muslims beg for money inside and outside the mosque. Should or should I not give them?
2. I donate money to charitable organizations, but I doubt whether the money reaches the poor.
Q: If I wake up in the middle of the night after having a wet dream, must Ghusl be performed immediately, or can I go back to sleep and perform the Ghusl before Fajr Salaah?
Q: My question is, is there a ruling regarding what distance should a musjid be from a residential area when building a musjid or can it be built at any place regardless if its too close to or far from a residential area?
