Q: Is waseelah haram in Islam. If it is permitted then kindly, give the proof. Some People believe that prayer is accepted immediately if you give reference in dua like: O God ! Accept my prayer due to prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam), as he is the beloved one. Why most Muslims do this as nothing is required BTW god and his slave. We can communicate with god directly. Give me proofs or else I can not believe in such things as I am confused. Dr Zakir Naik explained that it is haram.

Q: I want to asks how does Islam guide us about Married life. Up to what age should a child be kept with father/mother in their private room. As children grow, spouses feel problems in their private life. Please guide me according to Islamic teachings.

Q: My father died. He declared his one property as a gift to me and wrote a letter to society to transfer the flat on my name. Society members and many relatives are witness. He said to many relatives also about this. My question is, does that flat belong to me or should it be distributed between me and my two brothers according to shariah.

Q: Six years ago I applied and received a student loan from Iqraa Trust. At this point in time I was not aware that majority of their funds received is Interest money from financial institutions. My questions are:

1. Have I committed a sin by accepting the student loan without knowing it is interest?

2. Can I repay the loan that they gave me using Interest money?

3. Will students who know that it is Interest money but accepts it as a student loan to be repaid back be sinful?
