Copyright for images

Q: I am editing a kitaab where I have placed different titles in arabic (Alayhis salaam, Radi-Allahu-Anhu etc.) after the names of the Sahaabah, Prophets and Angels etc. Most of them came standard with the software I use however it was missing one which was Radi-Allahu-Anhaa, to be used after A'isha. I found a suitable arabic image for it online but I would like to know should I ask the owner of the documents permission before using this image ? I'm not taking any information from the document itself just the arabic title itself as it is difficult to find a nice image otherwise.

Discharging zakaat to recipients who are no longer eligible to receive zakaat

Q: I have a family member who was very much in debt and therefore was in need of zakaat money. I therefore took zakaat money from an acquaintance of mine and decided to collect more money before sending it to them as they are abroad and sending small amounts often would be costly.

However, after collecting the money, just before I could send it to them they had a property of a deceased relative which was sold and they received a fraction of their share of the estate (the money is given to them in few portions over a period of a couple of months as per the country's law and not all at once, so they had received a portion of their share of the estate not their entire share). With the amount received they started to settle their debts. Had they recieved the full amount of the estate they would be able to fulfill their debts but they haven't received their entire share as yet.

What should I do with the zakaat money I had for them. Can I still give it to them as the period of time in which I recieved the zakaat money for them, they were able to receive the zakaat and it was given to me for them but I could not send it due to it being costly to send it in small amounts so often.

If not then what should I do with the zakaat money that I have with me?

Courier company providing insurance for lost or damaged parcels as part of their service

Q: A person shipped an item with a courier, only paying for the courier service without any additional insurance fees. The courier company does however provide insurance for lost or damaged parcels as part of their service.

A parcel was lost and the courier company offered to pay out the value of the item, subject to one filling out a claim form. Will it be permissible to make this claim and recieve the payment of the value of the lost item?

Watching cartoons with that have characters with names of the Prophets

Q: Is it permissible for children to watch cartoons with characters (people/animals) with names of the Prophets. They are not drawing the Prophets but for example they tell a story with a message for example being kind to others by using a bear called Zaky a goat called Kazwa, a squirrel called Haroon and a bee called Bilal. Is this ok?
