Disposing of novels and magazines

Q:

1. How should one dispose of novels, like romance and horror stories, 'Harry Potter' etc.?

2. How should one dispose of magazines like 'National Geographic' that contain many images of animate objects like animals? I am unsure if it is necessary to burn these types of literature, or if tearing and throwing them away is sufficient.

Buying a salon

Q: I’m considering buying a salon and I have a few questions to ask:

1. I know that it is haraam for males to cut females’ hair, so I won’t allow that. Would it be permissible if I let females cut females’ hair?

2. I will only be the owner of the salon and I will not be working there. If haraam services are carried out (e.g. shaping eyebrows, etc.), will I be sinful?

Q: A person is performing two rakaats of a Nafl Salaah, either Tahujjud, Chaast, or Ishraaq. During this salaah, his wudu breaks. By the time wudu is made and he returns to repeat this broken Nafl salaah, the time for that Salaah expires.

1. Is Qaza necessary?

2. If so, should it be performed at any particilar time?
