Q: I have heard that cupping is sunnat, and have also heard that cupping is not Sunnat. Which is the correct view? I was under the impression that all that Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam advised or did was Sunnat. Please can Mufti Saheb explain why cupping is not Sunnat and how things get classified as Sunnat?
Q: Is it permissible for a husband and wife to not have their satar completely covered for each other in the privacy of their home or bedroom? For example the wife dresses up for her husband at home and in doing so maybe part of her satar is not covered and vice versa man does for his wife?
Q: With regard to a previously answered question about the exposing of one's satr in the house being shameful, seeing that a female's satr is her
entire body except her hands, feet and face, is it impermissible to wear a garment with short sleeves or not covering the hair on the head?
Q: My husband is from another country. He married me here as a second wife. When he returned to his country his first wife got angry and demanded that he divorce me. He chose her and her children. Together they went to a sheikh and asked for divorce. He wrote I divorce Layla (my name) 3 times. His wife then took the letter and sent it to me with his cousin. My husband tells me that the divorce was not valid and we have been married for 3 years now and for 3 years I did not see him but he says we are still married. I am a revert and I don't understand. Q: What is talaq-e-baain? What are that unlear words of talaq and if man says that such as from now "I don't want to keep any kind of relation with you" then after two three days our problem gets resolved and again the same thing occurs many time. So is it a talaq forever I mean is she haram on me? If I want to keep her what is ruling?

Q: In the mosque where I pray, the Imam stands at an angle of 5 degrees if compared to the people behind him and keeps rotating more at and angle of 5 degrees while reciting the Quran. He is in proper alignment with people during the rukhu and sajda. The same continues in the next salah where he is at an an angle of 5 degrees and then keeps rotating. But when he reads his sunnah he reads normal i.e he stands straight and does not rotate. Also he keeps touching the mimbar which is close to him as it is small mosque while going into rukhu and sajda and while getting up from rukhu and sajda. Me and my friends had asked the reason to many elderly people who come to the same mosque who said that the concentration level of his is very high so he does not notice that he is rotating and touches the mimbar for support (he does not require support while reading sunnah as he prays any where behind). No one wants to tell this to the Imam as he short tempered. So will our salaah be complete/fulfilled or should I opt to pray at home as there is no other mosque nearby?
Q: I work for a company that imports fabric. In order to avoid paying the full customs amount, we change the amount of goods declared. For example, if there is a roll of fabric that is 150m in length, we tear the label off and write 50 yards by hand. Is this allowed?
Q: A female scholar in Masjid Nabwi told my wife that it is permissible to cover the face while doing Umrah and that there is no proof for covering the face while doing umrah. She followed her instruction and did umrah while her face was covered with niqaab. Was the female scholar correct? Does my wife have to pay any type of compensation?
Q: Can you please tell me what prayers I should say or du'a to keep bad people away from myself and my family as there are some nasty people in the family who I am afraid of in case they do black magic on me and my family.
