Q: Under what circumstances can a person break family ties with his/her own siblings?

Q: If a person performs wudhu by spraying water using a spray bottle and wiping the required parts without water falling on the ground, will the wudhu be valid? Is there a requirement that water should fall on the ground while washing in wudhu?

Q: What is destiny and what part of it can be changed by our duas? It is said that dua changes our Qadr if Allah wills. But what part of our destiny is unchangeable and what part can be changed? How much of Qadr can be changed by our duas?

Q: I met a female through social media which I think is a Jew or Christian. I told her that you are my sister and she spoke to me several times.

One day she told me that she had baby. I was puzzled because she never told me before that she was married. I ask her whereabouts of her husband and she revealed very a shocking story.

A Muslim person from my place met her several times and that person was telling her that he is spiritual guide and pious in all ways and she came under his influence. That person had a physical relationship with her several times. I asked her whether he did nikah as per sharia or not and she told me that he said that this is a blessed spiritual marriage. I was shocked to hear about how a Muslim can cross the lines that's well defined in Quran and Sunnat.

She further revealed that when she got pregnant, he refused to accept that it's her baby and he is the father of the child. She left that person and gave birth to that child.

I take note of this and started searching for that person. I was further shocked that he was already married and had two sons and he is from a well reputed family. I contacted again that lady and she told me that she was aware of that he is already married but she never expected that he will leave her after pregnancy. She said that she ask him to marry her as per Islamic laws but he denied.

What is the solution to this issue? The baby is already born and she is taking care of that baby.

What laws of punishment will apply to that person according to sharia law?

If somehow I put pressure on that person to marry this lady, is this allowed and shall it be recognized according to sharia law?

As far as I read in hadiths, stoning till death is the only punishment for such a sin.

Q: My brother in law had a life insurance policy and has now passed away. The life insurance company has paid out the money. The heirs do not want it. Is it permissible for me to utilize the money for my own expenses?

Q: I wanted to know if the following is true or not:

For two or three hours after the burial of a person, his soul is very disturbed. In such a situation, should the family members sit and read near the grave or from anywhere in the house and send reward for him?

Q: When the corpse is buried, one person stands at the head of the grave and recites Surah Faatihah and the other recites the last ruku of Surah Baqarah while standing at his feet. This is called (Talqeen) (indoctrination). Is it permissible to recite this?

Q: We hear in some bayans, "Allah will ask us on the day of qiyaamah, that Deen was coming out of the lives of the people, what did you do to bring Deen alive?"

1. Is this a valid statement to make?

2. Will we be questioned about whether we made efforts of Deen or not?

3. If someone does not make any effort of deen on others at all, but does practice on deen himself, will he be taken to task for this?

4. What is the ruling regarding tabligh in the current tarteeb present, is it something mustahab, or mubaah, or what?

5. What is the ruling regarding tasawwuf in the current tarteeb present of going to a shaykh etc, is it something mustahab, or mubaah, or what?
